FREGOLOTTI

Ingredients:

250 gr of butter

500 gr of flour 00

250 grams of sugar

1 egg

150 gr of hazelnuts or almonds

yeast

Preparation:

Dissolve the butter in a bowl, then add flour, sugar, 1 egg and almonds (or hazelnuts) previously crumbled, and finally a yeast bag.

Mix the whole dough carefully, bake in a grated and flaky pan.

Cook for 40 minutes.
