Ingredients:

Salt to taste

Rice (a handful for each person)

White flour

milk

Preparation:

Boil the milk with water and salt, then once boiled, pour a handful of rice per person.

Meanwhile, prepare a white flour on a plate sprinkled with a few drops of water and mix the whole mixture with a fork.

Finally, pour the milk together with the rice a little at a time so that the gnocups are formed.
