HOTEL BONAPACE INFORMATION

Reservation of the room is guaranteed only once a Confirmation Deposit of 30% of the entire tariff has been made; the payment may be made with a Bank Transfer or by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard).

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the entire Deposit will be refunded. Cancellation or changes made after this date will be charged 30% of the total stay.

On the confirmed day of arrival, should no guest arrive before 24.00 and the hotel has not been previously informed, the booking will be considered to be No-Show and the room may be resold.

It is not possible to have any refund for a departure before the agreed and confirmed date

Check-in time

On your arrival day, your room will be ready by 14.00. You will be able to have lunch in our restaurant on your arrival day provided that this has been booked in advance.

Check-out time

On your departure day you are required to vacate your room by 10.00.
However, a luggage room is available, and you can make use a of a shower/changing room.

Meal times:

Breakfast: from 07.45 – 09.45
Lunch : from 12.30 – 13.30
Dinner: from 19.30 – 20.30

Opening times for our Wellness and Spa Centre
The pool area is open every day from 10.00 until 22.00. Children are permitted only when accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their supervision.
The Wellness Centre is open every day from 15.30 until 19.30, but access is only permitted from 16 years upwards.

Animation and Mini Club

In the evenings after dinner, Claudio our Barman will entertain you with his charm and wit. You are free to decide whether to participate by dancing and singing, or simply just enjoy listening to his jokes! The Hotel Bonapace has a trained member of staff to entertain children from 4 years upwards. The Mini Club has its own playroom, but your children are welcome to play table tennis or table football or, in the Summer, enjoy being outside in our own garden. We have special menus for children and you are free to decide whether to let them eat with you in the evening or with the Mini Club assistant. The Mini Club is open 6 days a week from 17.00 until 22.00. Before making your hotel booking, please check that this service will be available.

Madonna di Campiglio Ski School

We would like to remind you that every Saturday during the Winter season, there will be a Ski School Instructor in the Hotel, (from the 5 Laghi Ski School); so that you can organise your private or group lessons directly, and ask for information regarding your skiing.
