Often we do not consider it from this point of view, but if we let it talk, food will tell us living stories related to a given territory.
In our case it would tell of mountain waters and green meadows, of the animals that populate the area, the healthy air and the local vegetation. Of the work required before a dish arrives on our table and of the many people who have been involved in preparing it.
The only way we have to reward this courtesy is to let the fragrance of a mouthful wake up our tastebuds with all the intensity or delicacy of its taste.
Here at the Hotel Bonapace in Madonna di Campiglio, you will find many local dishes, and specialties such as canederli or polenta with mushrooms may appear on your table during your stay here.
However, you will also enjoy some dishes from the Mediterranean area, an enjoyable mix of local and national, all prepared by expert hands. All will be accompanied by local and national wines served with cordiality and in a family atmosphere. A buffet of assorted vegetables awaits you for dinner, whilst at breakfast the buffet will offer both organic and local produce.
The dishes proposed by our chef are all prepared with fresh and genuine products, closely linked to our territory, not only from Trentino but also national, and chosen from the best raw materials available.
