TORTA DI FREGOLOTTI (almond or hazelnut biscuit-cake)
Ingredients:
250g butter
500g ‘00’ flour
250g sugar
1 egg
150g crushed almonds or hazelnuts
yeast
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a pan, then add the flour, sugar, 1 egg, the almonds or hazelnuts and the yeast.
Carefully stir the mixture and place in a greased and floured cake tin.
Cook for 40 minutes.
