Gnocarei en tal lat (tiny gnocchi in rice and milk)

Salt to taste

Rice (a handful for each person)

White flour

Milk

Preparation:

Boil the milk with salt and water. When boiling add the rice.

In the meantime prepare the flour on a plate and wet it with a few drops of water. Stir the mixture with a fork.

Finally add the flour mixture a little at a time to the boiling milk and rice, so that it forms small irregular balls.
