Your price will include access to the Wellness centre and pool and also our Shuttle service to the Spinale cable car.

Check in – Check out
On your arrival day the rooms will be ready from 15.00. Should you plan to arrive in the evening after 21.00, please advise us beforehand.
On your departure day you must leave your rooms before 10.00 so that they can be prepared for the next guests.
Deposit and cancellation policy for all tariffs, except the Non Refundable.
The booking is to be considered as confirmed only when a confirmation deposit of 30% of the total booking cost has been paid; payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa o Mastercard).
In the case of cancellation or alterations made before the 7th day before the booked arrival date, no charge will be made. In the case of cancellation or alterations made after this time, 30% of the total cost will be charged. Should the departure date be brought forward, no refund will be made.
If guests have not arrived by 24.00 on the booked arrival day, and the hotel has not been advised of a late arrival, the booking is considered to be a No-show; the deposit will not be refunded and the room will be put on sale again.

Tourist tax

From 1st November 2015, guests staying in the tourist facilities of Trentino must pay the tourist tax. The tax is € 1.50 per person per night for a maximum of ten nights. Patients receiving treatment or hospitalized in public or accredited hospitals, and one companion, are exempt, but not those who receive treatment at thermal spas. Also exempt are children up to 14 years, applicants for international protection, as well as police and civil protection
operators when staying in accommodation facilities whilst in service.
